This year marks 100 years of our Royal Canadian Airforce and there is no better way to celebrate this milestone than to showcase our aviation history, particularly in the historic setting of Base31 at Melt Studio and Gallery. Over the years, photographer Rachel Hardy has attended dozens of air shows throughout Ontario documenting aerial displays from around the world. “Centennial Flight” is a display of photography of aircrafts that were flown by the Canadian Airforce at various stages throughout its 100 years of service. The exhibition will be on display until July 21st, 2024.
