
Tara Wilkinson is an award-winning Canadian fine art photographer and digital artist. Through her work, she explores themes of joy, spirituality, nature and human nature. Born in Toronto, ON, Tara has travelled extensively, photographing in over 25 countries … with another trip always in the works.
She has studied photography at Centennial College, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Fleming College’s Haliburton School of the Arts, where she graduated with a diploma in Expressive Arts. Wilkinson also has a diploma in Corporate Communications from Centennial College in Toronto.
She has held numerous solo exhibitions of her work in Prince Edward County and Toronto, including an exhibition at the Joseph D. Carrier Gallery in Toronto as part of the CONTACT Photography Festival.
Her latest exhibition, “BOTANICA” celebrates her love of flowers and gardens. The show is running at ANDARA Gallery throughout 2025.
Tara’s photographs are held in private collections around the world, and her photographic prints, books, posters and greeting cards are available through ANDARA Gallery. Her art has been featured in newspapers and magazines, radio and TV.
From behind the lens, Tara captures the details hidden from most. Her soulful images take the viewer on a visual journey.
Earlier this year, ANDARA Gallery was named on the Top 10 List of Best Art Galleries in Ontario” by Trip Advisor. Tara and her partner Andrew Csafordi were awarded the Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for their Contribution to the Arts in Prince Edward County in 2023. ANDARA Gallery has earned 5-Star designations from both Google and Trip Advisor … and won a “Travellers Choice Award of Excellence” … ranked among the top 10 percent of attractions worldwide … by TripAdvisor.
