PEC Quilters’ Guild monthly meetings include Guild business, a speaker, and members showing their latest quilts. October’s speaker is Kathy of the Balcony Quilt Studio. She will be presenting her trunk show ‘Quilting with Confidence,’ to inspire us to quilt our own projects. Guests welcome.
