Since 1973 the Parrott Gallery has been a cultural hub for the City of Belleville and region, providing an exhibition space for local, national and international artists, and has acted as a social and educational venue as well. Many changes have occurred over the past 40+ years, but the Parrott Gallery continues in its role as the only Public Art Gallery in the Quinte Region.
The addition of the Parrott Gallery Shop adds another dimension to your Gallery visit and provides a showcase for our many regional artisans. An active schedule of programs and workshops rounds out the Gallery experience.
As the proud caretaker of the Jack and Bernice Parrott collection of close to 80 Manly MacDonald paintings and artifacts, we are happy to offer a dedicated space for the regular rotation of the collection.
