Situated in a restored barn, Blizzmax Gallery was established in 1993 by Alice and Peter Mennacher, who moved to the beautiful area of South Bay from Munich, Germany. The Gallery has always showcased Peter’s work, as well as artists from the County, Montreal, Toronto, and beyond. Each summer Blizzmax hosts 4 or 5 contemporary art shows, particularly promoting printmaking, as well as painting and sculptural work.
