Aidan Haley

I am an intuitive (self taught) artist specializing in Canadian landscapes. I have traveled extensively in Canada and learned my craft from other artists while developing my own personal style.

I paint because I love the land; landscape painting allows me to put my love and emotion for the land into a visual format. I perceive the land as bright and colourful, full of optimism and hope, this is the effect that I try to instill in my work and in the hearts and minds of those that view my paintings.

I paint because it’s a challenge not to accept a “comfort zone” in your work and to be innovative and try new techniques. This is especially important as you age…… it keeps you young. I paint because I can.
