Here, Today.

Here, Today.

Discover the hidden lives of insects in this fascinating photographic art exhibition by emerging artist, G L Barrett. In ‘Here, Today.’, we meet our unseen neighbours; those who live their lives alongside ours every day. They ensure our flowers are pollinated, eat the pests that threaten our food, and feed the birds that greet us each morning. Insects are crucial to our survival, yet their lives and looks remain a mystery to most people.

In the County Arts Project Room July 15-19, 2026 from 10 AM-6 PM
Opening Reception: Friday, July 17, 2026 5-8 PM (County Arts 40th Anniversary Party)

What Do You See? is an exhibition by Aligned Interests, a group of Prince Edward County artists: Jennifer Bruce, Diane Cole, Renee Hiltz, Heather Kerr, Richard Leach, Laurie McLachlan and Julie Seddon. The goal of this exhibition is to bust the myth that there is a “right way” to respond to art, with interactive displays and audience participation involved.

Opening reception: Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 3-6 PM

Water - Gosia Kościółek

Water - Gosia Kościółek

Water is essential in supporting life, yet every day we take it for granted. As we go about our busy lives, water and a few other things we actually need to survive become afterthoughts. I hope these installations will inspire us to slow down, reflect and take action against climate change, because it affects everyone and everything that we love.
