Joan McBride stars in the spectacular one-woman play, The Year of Magical Thinking, presented by County Roads Theatre Company.
The prospect of losing a loved one is something nobody wants to talk about, and nobody thinks will happen to them, and yet inevitably it comes to us all. Journalist and author Joan Didion wrote this play to help us through this extremely complex experience. Anyone who has experienced loss will find encouragement in Didion’s exquisitely shared story, and no one will fail to be moved by this play.
The Year of Magical Thinking comes to the Mount Tabor Playhouse in Milford from September 26th to October 6th, 2024. Actor and Director for this production, Joan McBride, is supported by Assistant Director Melissa Paulson.
Tickets are on sale now at Books & Company, online at countyroadstheatre.ca, or available at the door for $30. A discounted rate is available (online only) for groups of 10 or more.
