The 2018 edition of The Maker’s Hand is dedicated to the memory of Karen Tiller, the event’s 2017 & 2018 Coordinator. Karen passed away in her sleep while visiting family in the United Kingdom in September. She was a kindhearted and generous woman who was respected by everyone who knew her. Karen was also the Treasurer of the Arts Council from 2014-16, and more recently the Financial Assistant. Her loss will be felt throughout our community. There will be a memorial service for Karen on Monday November 5th at 2PM at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church in Picton.
