Join author JC Sulzenko as she launches her new book, Life, after life – from epitaph to epilogue at the Picton Library on Saturday, November 30th, 2024 from 2:30-3:30 PM.
Published under her pen name, A. Garnett Weiss, Life, after life is JC Sulzenko’s third book of poetry. Following Bricolage: A Gathering of Centos, a finalist for the Canadian Authors Association’s 2022 Fred Kerner Book award, in this new collection, she turns words and phrases found in obituaries into over 60 five-line, singular poems about life. JC’s lyrical and narrative poetry appears in anthologies and journals online and in print. She flourishes in Toronto and Prince Edward County.
Book cover art by Martin Soldat. Books will be available to purchase.
The launch will be held in the Picton Travel Room in the Picton Branch Library, 208 Main Street, Picton.
