King Henry Five celebrates Driftwood Theatre’s return to live performance after a three year hiatus. An ambitious adaptation of three Shakespeare plays (Henry IV parts 1 & 2 and Henry V), King Henry Five is a powerful story about community, the families we inherit and those we choose, and the legacies we leave behind.

Set against the backdrop of a contemporary patio bar and featuring Driftwood’s signature blend of music, puppetry and Shakespeare’s captivating poetry, King Henry Five will roll into West Lake Sand & Pearl Oyster Bar, 1705 County Road 12, West Lake, on Wednesday, August 10.

This year, Driftwood has started a brand-new program called “Community Tix” where every time one of our audience members purchases a $75 ticket from our sliding scale of prices, that frees up two free tickets to distribute to community members who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend.
