Join Our Herd!!

This September, The Department of Illumination and ====\\DeRAIL Platform for Art + Architecture invite you to join them in creating a joyful herd of bicycle beasts to parade along two sections of the Millennium Trail as an artful expression of our collective spirit. Join our HERD!! will begin with an outdoor workshop where artists from The Department of Illumination will provide participants with materials and instruction to turn bodies and bicycles into fantastical creatures on wheels using recycled materials. The group will ride together down the Millennium Trail to discover untold surprises, culminating in a fun-filled celebration at two local venues, with live music and refreshments.

There are two events:

PICTON, September 12, 1-4:30 PM. Starts at Benson Park, through Picton, along the Millennium Trail, to our Herd Celebration at Parsons Brewing Company.

CONSECON, September 19, 1-4:30 PM. Starts at Salem Road/Hwy 33, along the Millennium Trail, onto Lakeside Drive, to our Herd Celebration at Honey House Café, Consecon.
