In support of the Kenhte:ke Seed Sanctuary and Learning Centre, local floral farmers and floral designers will collectively fill a small-scale building with fresh flowers and living plants in a one-day floral art display.
The installation will feature the works of Alexis Bouma from Alexis Joy Florals, Thalia Gamage from Dahlia Thalia, Marilou Perron from Early Grey Fleurs, Courtney Peters from Courtney‘s Gardens and Sas Long from Floralora Flowers. Music by Wry Mouth.
This year, Flowering Wild will be held in Picton and on a residential property, at 3 Downes Avenue, Picton. Therefore, the installation is viewable by walk-up only. Nearby parking lots can be found off of King Street or Ross Street. Street parking is also available nearby.
