Call for Submissions: The 10 x 10 Art Show

It’s the biggest show of small art in the County, and YOU can be a part of it!

The fifth annual 10 x 10 art show and fundraiser presented by The Department of Illumination will take place at The County Arts Lab in The Armoury, from Thursday November 19th until Sunday November 29th, 2026. All works are for sale for $110 + HST. Sales are divided between the DOI ($60), County Arts ($20) and artists can choose to receive $30 or donate their portion to the DOI.

HOW TO TAKE PART:
1. Purchase a 10″ x 10″ Canadian-made birch panel from the Department of Illumination studio for $15 + HST (being sold at cost, total is $16.95). PICK UP HOURS: Mondays & Wednesdays, 1 PM – 4 PM from the studio in the lower level of the Armoury, 206 Main St (closed holiday Mondays).
2. Create an original work of art on the panel in any medium
3. Deliver your artwork to the DOI studio on Monday November 16th
4. Come to the opening night Thursday November 19th and watch the art frenzy! Participating artists and DOI members get early access!
