The A.G. MacNeil woolen mill has been the mainstay of a small town for a century. The family owned business, run by generations of MacNeils is suddenly in need of a transition of leadership. Patriarch Jake is in the early stages of dementia. An offer to buy the business from an off-shore company is on the table.
