Prince Edward County Chamber Music Festival’s 20th year kicks off on September 8th, with concerts happening until September 17th at Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, 335 Main Street, Picton. There will be six concerts total, featuring the finest of Canada’s musicians offering performances that explore the depth and magnitude of the western chamber music repertoire.
The 20th season opens with a concert looking toward the future! The Festival kicks off with a premiere of composer-in-residence Marjan Mozetich’s new piece written for the New Orford String Quartet. Joining the Quartet is PECCMF founder and pianist Stephane Lemelin. An opening night reception follows the concert to celebrate 20 years! Friday, September 8th at 7:30 PM.
