Applications for the second round of the Indigenous Voices Fund Grants Program are now being accepted until October 11th, 2024.

Applications are now being accepted for the second (2024) round of the Indigenous Voices Fund Grants Program!

These grants provide direct financial support to Indigenous artists residing in the Quinte region.

– Grant requests can be from $1000-$4000
– Applications are welcomed from artists working in all mediums – from visual art/craft and music to film, writing, theatre, etc.
– Applications will be evaluated by a Peer Assessment Committee composed of Indigenous artists
– Application deadline is October 11th, 2024

We want to ensure that all eligible artists feel comfortable and confident applying to the Indigenous Voices Fund Grants Program. See the Call for Applications for resources including our new “Creation Grants 101” recorded information session, and please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance with application responses or materials or with any questions or concerns. We can also help review draft applications if submitted by September 10th.

THANK YOU to our Indigenous Voices Fund donors!

We are delighted to announce that we will be able to award up to $13,000 in grants this year thanks to a wonderful group of community donors, a $1000 donation from the Rotary Indigenous Peoples Partnership Cluster, $600 donation from The Meeting House – Sandbanks (plus $500 in donated proceeds from a music event they recently held!), and of course our Indigenous Voices Fund donor The Elderberry Fund (Sarah & Dave) who will match every dollar from our June fundraising campaign to help cover other program costs, including paying industry-standard fees to Indigenous peer assessors.
