In life – if you look, listen and learn – there is always an opportunity for growth. I’ve come to realize that if you want to see change, you need to be the catalyst. The absence of self-imposed boundaries allows me to free certain parts of myself while painting. I paint what I feel, the way I choose… and I put it out there for whoever wishes to view it.
Abstract painting allows me to express how I see the world when I close my eyes. The chaos/order the structure/ebb and flow and most importantly the raw emotion. My work is unapologetic in nature, I favour bold colours and strong lines. If you are willing to accompany me down the rabbit hole you may find something, which, at first, you didn’t see.
