County Arts staff and Board of Directors extends a heartfelt thank you to our cherished community of supporters for helping us reach our end-of-year fundraising goal! This means that we can start 2026 – our 40th anniversary – on a strong foundation. We are so grateful to those who make an annual contribution, and are excited to engage with many new donors on a deeper level in 2026.
All of our supporters receive Creative Connections, a quarterly e-newsletter offering a unique insider glimpse into the latest happenings at County Arts! It’s not too late to get on the list – the next edition will go out in February. Please click here if you wish to make a contribution. You will receive a 2026 tax receipt. Donations are welcomed throughout the year – the earlier the better as it helps us plan ahead.
And, you’re going to want to get involved early, as 2026 will be our biggest and boldest year to date!
We have an exciting new event planned for April in partnership with The Royal Hotel, a new paid exhibition opportunity for artists that will premiere in July, and we will be leading a Prince Edward County Provincial Festival Hub during Ontario Culture Days that will attract more culture seekers to our region (details to come), plus so much more!
All of this would not be possible without our community of supporters, sponsors, Lab participants, members, and volunteers. We are deeply grateful for your generous support of our mission to deliver equitable access to quality arts programming, while ensuring that artists are an essential part of the life we all enjoy in Prince Edward County.
A special thank you to the Ontario Arts Council, Municipality of Prince Edward, Elderberry Fund (Sarah & David), McLean Smits Family Foundation, Lewitt Family Foundation, John M. & Bernice Parrott Foundation, Isabelle Fish, Ralph Johnston, Valerie Hussey, and to a special community member who stepped forward in a huge way to help us close our funding gap in December. We are continuously surprised and humbled by the generousity of residents. Thank you.
