The Sadies

The Sadies first exploded onto the North American music scene 20 years ago. Back then there was still something called “alt-country,” a catchall for artists striving to carry on traditions with punk rock attitude. The Sadies certainly fit that description, but the breadth of their skills and musical knowledge has grown in part thanks to collaborations with artists such as Neko Case, Gord Downie, John Spencer, Buffy Sainte-Marie, and Neil Young.

Currently on tour with their latest album Northern Passages, this iconic Canadian band will bring their unique sound to The Hayloft Dancehall 344 Salmon Point Road in Cherry Valley on August 24 at 8PM. Tickets are $30.
