SWANA PEC Arts & Culture Festival

The SWANA PEC Arts & Culture Festival is a joyful, family-friendly celebration of Southwest Asian and North African traditions, cuisine, arts, and interactive experiences that foster cross-cultural connection in Prince Edward County. Expect plenty of kid-friendly activities, cozy spaces for sipping traditional tea and coffee, bops and dancing, tons of art and books, crafting corners, and – like any true SWANA gathering – far too much food.

Artists who identify as part of the SWANA (Southwest Asian and North African) community are invited to exhibit, sell, or share their creative work at the festival—whether through visual art, craft, writing, performance, or other forms of cultural expression. If you’d like to take part, please submit a short description of your work, a few sample images, and any display or space needs by sending an email to the organizer (Kamee) at lorikamee@gmail.com. Submission deadline is the week of November 17th, 2025.

Saturday, November 29th, 2025 from 11 AM-5 PM at the Picton Town Hall, 2 Ross Street, Picton. This is a free event, registration is required. Reserve your spot here.
