Portraiture Quilting

The Prince Edward County Quilters’ Guild will present The Art of Portraiture Quilting, a talk by Jack Edson on October 10 from 7-9PM at the Bethany Christian Reformed Church 158 Main Street in Bloomfield. By day, Jack is the Director of the Hamburg Library in New York. In his quilting, he uses hundreds of pieces to create fascinating portraits, uses faces of his favourite artists, as well as human figures from great but overlooked old photographs and drawings.
