Otis Tamasauskas

2gallery presents a solo show by Master Printmaker Otis Tamasauskas (a 2020 juror at Art in the County). Entitled The Lansdowne Handkerchief Series, each print is made unique by incorporating an antique, silk, embroidered handkerchief – turning the very notion of creative printmaking as a form of expression on its head. both bold and delicate, these works must been seen to be truly appreciated. The artist will be present on October 3 from 2-6PM.

Alongside this exhibition will be the group show Thoughts on Paper featuring the work of Lindsay Chambers, Noelle Hamlyn, chrisTIne kiM and Cate Mcguire. Paper is essential to each of the artists’ eork, however their exploration and thoughts around this simple medium couldn’t be more individualistic. Extraordinary work from four unique artists. Both shows run until October 26.
