As the days grow longer and everything begins to bloom, we’re excited to welcome you to our Late Spring session! We’ve got returning favourites and new courses and workshops you won’t want to miss. Whether you’re looking to try something new or deepen your practice, there’s plenty to explore this season.
Our upcoming multi-week courses are a great way to stay creative as we head into late spring.
Learn the art of bookbinding with Lucy Sterezylo in Bookbinding 101, where you’ll create your own sketchbooks, journals, or artist books while exploring a range of binding techniques.
Megan Fitzgerald’s Abstract Landscapes course invites you to explore colour, composition, and intuitive mark-making as you create expressive, nature-inspired works on canvas.
And, if you’re feeling drawn to storytelling, Unlock Your Inner Story with Isabel Gomez-Moriana offers a welcoming space to reconnect with your creativity through writing, memory, and collage. No prior experience needed!
We’re excited to welcome back Samantha Hirst for another session of musical theatre fun with Musical Theatre For Kids (ages 7-12), where young performers will explore singing, movement, and creative drama while building scenes inspired by stories and musical theatre classics, all while developing confidence, collaboration, and foundational performance skills!
Plus we have workshops for all ages!
Artists of all ages and skill levels can learn to sculpt a bird from felt with Lesley Snyder in the Needle Felting Birds Workshop. Join us on Mother’s Day, or register a mom + child for a special shared experience!
We’re thrilled to welcome Andrew Phua in Rooted & Rewoven: Mixed Media Sculpture from Found Nature, Cloth & Sentimental Items. Participants will create a unique mixed media artwork using repurposed fabrics and found materials.
Looking for something creative to do with your kid on the May 29th PA Day? Join Sara Keller for the Side by Side Cyanotype Workshop, a hands-on experience designed for parent and child to explore, create, and learn side by side!
Plus, Iris Häussler and Victoria Taylor are back for another bird-safe window workshop, an educational workshop on bird-friendly gardens and bird-safe windows and a playful art-making session!
To help bring to life our vision of arts accessibility for all, we offer sliding scale pricing, free art supply kits for anyone who needs one, and bursaries for children and youth.
