Multi-award-winning artist iskwē is the headlining artist at The Regent Theatre’s 2nd annual Truth and Reconciliation Concert, taking place on September 30th at 8 p.m. iskwē | ᐃᐢᑫᐧᐤ (short for waseskwan iskwew, meaning “blue sky woman”) is, among many other things, an artist – a creator and communicator of music and of movement, of pictures, poetry and prose. And through it all, she’s a teller of stories that have impacted our past and will inform our future.
iskwē will grace the Regent stage with her incredible presence and artistry, accompanied by a string quartet in what promises to be a stunning night. Tickets can be purchased here.
