CONFLUENCE: A Solo Exhibition by Alice Teichert

Oeno Gallery presents CONFLUENCE: A Solo Exhibition by Alice Teichert until November 9th, 2025 with an Opening Reception on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 from 4-6 PM.

For more than four decades, Teichert’s luminous paintings, often described as “visual poetry,” have captivated critics and collectors on the international stage. Her bold palette, curated markings, layered textures and translucent colours coalesce to create remarkable, almost holographic depth.

Confluence is defined as a “coming or flowing together, meeting or gathering at one point.” The title resonates with contemporary artist Alice Teichert as it describes the magical interplay of colour, form and light evident in each of her deeply evocative compositions.

This exhibition presents a superb collection of new paintings produced during the last four years, alongside works from a recent 40-year survey show that pay homage to the two-page music sheets of the artist’s childhood piano lessons.
