Shatterbox Theatre presents the daring, provocative and exuberantly entertaining Cabaret, exploring the dark and heady life of Bohemian Berlin as Germany slowly yields to the emerging Third Reich.
One of the most successful musicals of all time, this immersive production features the songs “Wilkommen”, “Don’t Tell Mama”, “Mein Herr”, “Maybe This Time”, “Money” and the title number “Cabaret” – with Berlin’s famous Kit Kat Club brought to life through the transformation of The Cape in Prince Edward County.
Cabaret has music by John Kander, lyrics by Fred Ebb, book by Joe Masteroff, based on the play by John Van Druten and stories by Christopher Isherwood.
