The Baxter Arts Centre invite you to their BACkYard Sale on September 26 where they will be selling an assortment of gently used art/craft/pastime supplies and holding a silent auction of donated art. Local artists will also be selling their work in a pop-up sale adjacent to the Baxter building at 3 Stanley Street, Bloomfield.
Baxter volunteers are collecting art/fabric/creative supplies that may be languishing in your closet. You can drop them off at Baxter on September 12 from 9-12PM. Volunteers can also collect your items from wherever you are in the County. Please email Janice Edwards at janice47@eastlink.ca to make arrangements.
If you have artwork (something you made/bought/inherited) that you’d like to re-purpose, please consider donating to the silent auction. Donors will get a tax receipt for the sold price of their donated artwork. Drop off at Baxter on September 12 from 9-12PM, or contact them to arrange a time.
There’s still room for artists to get in on the pop-up sale, should you wish to participate. Covid-19 safety measures will be in place.
