Assembly Press: County Social

Assembly Press is excited to announce the launch of their new book, County Social, hot off the press! And they want you to join them to celebrate!

The Launch Party will be held on June 10th, 2024 from 5-7 PM at at The Grange of Prince Edward, 990 Closson Road, Hillier. There will be a cash bar and light refreshments.

The book is a spirited collection of photos and interviews that celebrate PEC wineries, cideries, breweries, and distilleries, with stunning full-colour photos by Natalie Wollenberg. Plus, a handful of recipes by some of the County’s most celebrated chefs offers up inspiration for food and drink pairings. Royalties from sales will support Alternatives for Women, a County-based organization that advocates on behalf of women and children.

Established in 2023, Assembly Press is a literary start-up that publishes fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, committed to engaging contemporary issues with thoughtfulness, incisiveness, and passion.
