Connecting

We recognize how important it is for artists to connect to their peers, especially in a rural setting where the feeling of isolation can easily creep in. Here are a few ways for artists to connect.

We are interested in developing a new Mentorship Program that will connect established and emerging Artist Members. If you have past experience participating in a mentorship program, we’d love to learn from you. Please get in touch. Or, if you would like to be involved in such a program as a mentor or mentee, please email programs@countyarts.ca.

The Baxter Arts Centre in Bloomfield offers activities.

We love what County Coworking is up to! They opened a location in Picton in January 2020. We encourage artists to grab their laptops or sketchbooks, and go seek out some co-workers for the day.
