Johnny C.Y. Lam is an editorial and advertising photographer, specializing in portrait and documentary photography. Originally from Hong Kong, Johnny and his family moved to Canada when he was a young man where he later trained as a commercial illustrator. His love of travel has fueled a passion for photography, which he has transformed into a successful career. Johnny has contributed to top national and international publications such as, Food & Drink, Food & Wine, House & Home, Toronto Life, The Globe & Mail, CBC, Vice, GEO, and Time.
Johnny’s work will be featured in his first book A Taste of Prince Edward County, by Chris Johns published by Penguin Random House Canada. The book is currently on pre-order, ahead of its June 12 release. It will also be available this summer at Books & Company, Picton.
